All our items are sent from the UK usually by Royal Mail Recorded delivery.

Worldwide orders are sent by International Signed For service.

Most services require may a signature upon delivery, someone should be at the delivery address to receive the item.

Most items (depending on stock) are shipped within 1 to 3 working days of receiving payment.

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

EUROPE - 5 to 10 working days

WORLDWIDE – 7 to 14 working days

EXPRESS - 2 to 5 working days

(On very rare occasions standard International delivery can take up to 3 weeks, please allow this time to pass before contacting us regarding delivery) 

 Please note: In the unlikely event that your item goes missing once posted then we will do our utmost to help you claim your money back with Royal Mail. A refund/exchange will only be given if Royal Mail accepts the status of the parcel as missing. An investigation by Royal Mail will then take place which can take up to 60 days.
